By using NotchHost, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Usage

All services are subject to fair use. Abuse of system resources, including but not limited to excessive CPU usage, unauthorized automation, or running prohibited software, may result in suspension or termination.

3. Billing & Payments

Invoices are due on the due date. Failure to pay within 1 day will result in service suspension. Accounts remaining unpaid for 14 days will be permanently terminated.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible services. Dedicated servers, domains, and software licenses are non-refundable.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any actions performed under your account are your responsibility.

6. Prohibited Activities

NotchHost strictly prohibits activities such as illegal content hosting, unauthorized reselling, and cyber attacks.

7. Termination

NotchHost reserves the right to terminate services for any violations of these terms. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Liability

NotchHost is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or service disruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
